BodyEnergy provides general wellness information and is not a medical device. The body battery score, stress levels, sleep analysis, readiness scores, and all other metrics are estimates based on available health sensor data.

Do not use this app to make medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Data Accuracy

Energy levels, stress scores, sleep analysis, and readiness assessments are algorithmic estimates. Their accuracy depends on:

• Quality and availability of health sensor data
• Proper wearing of Apple Watch or compatible wearable
• Sufficient historical data for baseline calculations

Results may vary between individuals and should be interpreted as general wellness indicators, not precise measurements.

3. Privacy

All health data is processed locally on your device. No health data is transmitted to external servers. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BodyEnergy only for personal, non-commercial wellness tracking purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to provide medical advice to others
• Redistribute or commercially exploit the app or its data

5. Intellectual Property

The body battery algorithm, stress calculation methods, UI design, and all content within BodyEnergy are proprietary. All rights are reserved.

6. Third-Party Services

BodyEnergy integrates with:

• Apple HealthKit / Google Health Connect: Health data source (governed by Apple/Google terms)
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Anonymous usage statistics and crash reporting (governed by Google terms)

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Health decisions made based on app data
• Data loss due to device failure or app uninstallation
• Inaccuracies in health sensor data from third-party devices

8. Updates and Changes

We may update these terms or the app at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated through app update notes.

9. Termination

You may stop using BodyEnergy at any time by uninstalling the app. All local data will be deleted upon uninstallation.
